Partner Network Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the relationship between GoldenPathGlobal (operated by TPS Worldwide LLC, "we," "us," "our") and approved partners in the GoldenPathGlobal Partner Network ("Partner," "you").

1. Platform Independence

GoldenPathGlobal is an independent research and publishing platform. We are not a licensed law firm, CPA firm, financial advisory firm, or immigration consultancy. We facilitate introductions between our audience and qualified professionals.

2. Partner Approval

Approval to the Partner Network is at GoldenPathGlobal's sole discretion. We may accept, reject, or revoke partner status at any time for any reason.

3. Lead Volume and Quality

We do not guarantee lead volume, lead quality, or conversion rates. Lead flow depends on organic traffic, content relevance, and visitor behavior, all of which fluctuate.

4. Lead Distribution

Leads are shared with partners based on relevance, geographic alignment, and specialty match. We may share leads with multiple partners when appropriate.

5. Pricing

Pricing is negotiated per partner. Models include per-lead fees or monthly retainers. Terms are documented in a separate agreement for each approved partner.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with 30 days written notice. Outstanding payment obligations survive termination.

7. Professional Standards

Partners must maintain all required professional licenses, insurance, and regulatory compliance throughout the partnership. Partners must provide competent, ethical service to referred clients.

8. Confidentiality

Partners agree not to share proprietary lead data, internal metrics, or confidential business information shared by GoldenPathGlobal with any third party.

9. Non-Disparagement

Partners agree not to publicly disparage GoldenPathGlobal, its content, or its team. We extend the same courtesy to our partners.

10. Liability

GoldenPathGlobal is not responsible for the advice, services, outcomes, or conduct of partners. Partners are independently responsible for their professional services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
